2018 "Cuvée Longue" Bourgogne Rouge (Pinot Noir) from Domaine Didon ($25). Fully organic/biodynamic domain that doesn't use any sulphur in the winery. They have a ~2-hectare vineyard in Chassey-le-Camp - the town just above Bouzeron and just across the Saone River from Chassagne in Burgundy. Same aspect as mid-slope Chassagne/Puligny. Really elegant Pinot.
