It is a real kitchen sink of a field blend, including Clairette Blanc, Clairette Rose, Carignan Noir, Carignan Blanc, Mourvedre Noir, Mourvedre Blanc, Cinsault, Vermentino, Roussanne, Muscat a Petit Grain, Syrah, Ugni Blanc, Counoise, and Macabeu. Vinified with wild yeasts, no filtering or fining, and no added sulfitesLimited Production. Medium bodied red, natural, organic and vegan.
